Thank you for your interest in ordering from Ipso Facto. Unfortunately our credit card provider does not accept credit cards with non U.S. billing addresses (except Canadian.)

To order any item, please click on the "buy me" button beneath the item you wish to buy. This will generate an order form on which you can choose which payment option you wish to use.

Your options are to pay in U.S.D. via
Western Union They send us your money to a nearby WU office for a fee. Please use the name "Terri Kennedy" when sending. This is the fastest method.
Moneygram
Moneygram sends us your payment as a money order and we ship once the payment is received. Moneygram and Western Union payments can be picked up quickly at a location near us. Use your Ipso Facto order number if an "auction number" is required.

Here are the instructions for postal money order and Western Union or Moneygram:
Use the "buy" buttons next to the item you are buying on our webpage.
This will take you to a secure order form when you are finished shopping.
Our order form will allow you to choose "western union/moneygram" or "postal money order" as a form of payment.
Then either send a money order to our address or pay via Western Union's (or Moneygram's website) or at a WU/Moneygram office near you (or by phone) using your credit card to send us the amount indicated on your Ipso Facto order form. To pay by credit card on Western Union's site choose the "online" option, then on the next page click on "money in minutes" after selecting your country of origin and "USA" as the destination. Then follow the prompts from there and send us the MTCN number via email to ipsofacto@earthlink.net when your transaction is complete.
Please use the name Terri Kennedy as the payee. The online "Money in Minutes" transfer is the fastest method (sending your payment to an office near us), preferred method as opposed to having them send us a check through the mail. Please note Western Union charges varying fees for their services. When you notify us via email of the control number (Western Union will do this for an extra fee) we will pick up the cash at our local Western Union office and we will ship the same day or next business day.

NOTE:Although we do check the "gift" or "sample" box on the customs documents when shipping to avoid customers having to pay import duty, there may be additional import duty/fees due upon arrival of your package.
We are not reponsible for any import duty (tax) levied by foreign governments on goods imported from the U.S.
Although we usually ship the same day your payment is received and most packages arrive within 7-10 working days via airmail (4-5 for Canada), please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery in the event your item is temporarily out of stock, particularly with U.K. shoes. If your order does not arrive in 5 weeks, please contact us so that we may make a claim with the postal service and resend your merchandise. There is no tracking for packages we ship. There is a numbered insurance form which the post office can use to determine the package's location in their system but this database is not customer-accessible from the usps website.
You will need to mail us a statement of non receipt (to above address) to facilitate a claim for replacement. Please note: the post office no longer covers claims for items stolen once delivered, so we cannot be responsible for loss if the item is trackable to your door. If there is any problem once you receive your order, email ipsofacto@earthlink.net, write, call 714-525-7865 or fax 714-525-5053. We will make every attempt to remedy any problems, however, there are NO REFUNDS.
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt before returning for exchange, as unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Merchandise must be returned within 4 weeks of receipt in unused, unworn, odor-free, unopened condition with tags attached. Credit is for the value of merchandise only, not freight.
Note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning unwanted item(s) and must include funds to cover return shipping of new item.
Hosiery and body jewelry are not returnable. If an item you order is no longer available, we will contact you for an alternate choice or grant store credit.
